By accessing or using VidSpark AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
VidSpark AI provides AI-powered video, image, and voice generation using third-party models. You purchase credits that are consumed when you generate content. Credits do not expire.
3. Credits & Payments
Credits are sold as one-time purchases or via monthly subscriptions processed by PayPal. Subscription plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Prices are shown in USD.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to generate content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, depicts non-consensual, sexual, or exploitative material, impersonates real people without consent, or violates the terms of the underlying AI model providers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content Ownership & License
Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the content you generate and may use it for personal and commercial purposes where your plan and the applicable model license permit. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable model provider terms and laws.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or unintended elements. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Some jurisdictions require labeling AI-generated media — comply where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSpark AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
