Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchased credits are unused. Because each generation incurs real compute costs from our providers, credits that have already been spent are non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future renewals. The current billing period is non-refundable once credits for that period have been issued, unless required by applicable law.
3. How to Request
Email vidsparkstudiosupport@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Service Issues
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. If this does not happen, contact support and we will restore them.
